To reset the fireplace to its factory WiFi settings:
1. With the fireplace turned off (flame off, heater off) and supplied with power, press and hold the Heater button for 5 seconds, then release.
2. The WiFi Indicator will begin flashing indicating the fireplace has been reset successfully.
NOTE: When you reset the fireplace to its factory settings, you will automatically be disconnected from the fireplace in the app
